Information held

The platform stores church account details, team credentials as password hashes, member contact and household records, optional dates of birth, contribution and expense records, attendance, assigned follow-ups, announcements and activity logs.

How it is used

Information supports church administration, access control, subscription verification and account security. Church administrators choose who receives access. Pastoral care is restricted to authorized care roles, with pastors seeing their assigned tasks. Individual giving is restricted to finance and administrator roles.

Your church's responsibilities

Your church decides why member information is collected and must provide its members with an appropriate notice and obtain any required permissions. Collect only the information necessary for ministry. Avoid entering sensitive counselling details in general records.

Hosting and service providers

Information is stored on the hosting selected by the platform operator. This release does not automatically transmit records to an SMS provider, payment gateway or analytics service. Contact the operator for the hosting location, retention schedule and any later integrations.

Access, correction and deletion

Ask your church administrator to correct your information or provide an export. Contact platform support for deletion requests and account-level assistance. Operational and financial records may need to be retained under the church's agreed retention policy.
