Your church workspace

Shepherd provides tools for church records, contribution tracking, attendance, expenses and administration. The registering administrator must be authorized to manage records for the church and is responsible for team access and data accuracy.

Trial and subscriptions

New churches receive a 30-day trial. Prices are shown in KES per month. Renewal requires manual payment verification by the platform operator; no automatic debit is initiated. Provider charges, where applicable, are separate. Plan changes take effect after administrator approval.

Access and cancellation

After a trial or paid period ends, church records remain available for viewing and export while edits are restricted. Contact support to cancel, request deletion or resolve payment questions. The operator may suspend access for misuse or security reasons.

Responsible use

Use the service only for legitimate church administration. Keep individual giving, children's records and pastoral information restricted to authorized people. Do not upload unlawful information or use the service to send unsolicited communications.

Payments and records

This release records contributions manually. Recording an M-Pesa reference does not verify that a payment was received. Verify receipts against the church's own payment account. Financial reports in this release are cash summaries, not full accounting statements.

Support

The operator provides the service and support under the agreement with your church. Contact the operator for availability, refund and service arrangements before subscribing.
